Bullying means physically or verbally or emotionally hurting someone on purpose. It is unwanted and repeated, and can be written, verbal, or physical behavior.
Definition of Harassment:(Insulting Behaviors) Any threatening, insulting or dehumanizing gesture, use of data or computer software, written, verbal, or physical contact.
Has the effect of interfering with the students education and the orderly operation of the school.
